The family of Mark Duggan, whose death sparked riots around England, have lost a legal challenge against the conclusion his death was lawful.
Jurors concluded the 29-year-old was lawfully killed by a police marksman in Tottenham, north London, in August 2011.
Mr Duggan's mother, Pamela, had asked for the January 2014 finding to be quashed.
But three Court of Appeal judges have rejected her case.
His family was challenging an October 2014 High Court ruling which found the jury was legally entitled to have reached its conclusion.

Let us not forget that the London Riots were alternatively called The London Uprising by the same pig-**** ignorant dregs who thought Duggan didn't get what was coming to him and instead was some sort of martyr. Never a word, not one single f*cking word from his family and "supporters" about what a detestable gun-toting low-life he was before his "execution" by the Rozzers. If police are going to murder unarmed black men and get away with it why should we expect them to have sympathy for unarmed police when they get murdered?

The argument recently has been for more police to be armed.
