    In pre season? Whereas Perez looked good in the CL.

    If I went on stats then Perez would be a concern. Perhaps he is a late developer. Perhaps he's a one season wonder. He is definitely a better option than Joselu on all known evidence. So, er, I will go with quality option that saw a CL club decide to buy less than a season ago.

    Er no. One has had a prolific season in one of the top leagues in the world. The other has not.

    Recent evidence has suggested Perez had improved. He has played and performed well in the CL.

    Joselu hasn't. Indeed he has struggled at every juncture whether Stoke or Schalke.

    On recent form, what I've seen with my own eyes and all known evidence it's not even a debate to be honest. Hence one recently cost 17m for a CL club, and one cost a third of that for a mid table PL side.

    You'll be telling there is still hope for Haidara next...

    I would rather we played Mitrovic, than contemplate playing Joselu. I **** you not. And I think Mitrovic is garbage.
