£12.50 for Depay? Seems a bit much. I can get a medium Cheese Feast with 2 toppings at Pizza Hut for that!

Send the club a Pizza Hut Gift Voucher and you might get Depay sent round your house - plus a large coke.

Talk of £60m for Antoine Griezmann - that would be money well spent......and just where we need it too.

  4. Marouane Fellaini is ready to stay at Manchester United, report ESPN. Jose Mourinho is reportedly reluctant to lose the Belgium midfielder during the January transfer window.

Fellaini must have some weird Jedi mind trick that he uses on football managers.

  6. Looks like Jose Mourinho has made quite an impression at Old Trafford.
Despite Manchester United's worst start in 27 years, the former Chelsea boss is to be offered a new long term contract to keep him at the club until 2025, reports the Daily Star

I do find it somewhat amusing, I must confess.

Not so much regarding the Fellani news. We might be rivals, but enough's enough already! You have my deepest sympathies on that one.

Joking aside, there are signs that he's turning the corner. He still looked miserable as sin, though. Even when you scored both times. Weird.

I don't doubt that he will get it right in the end. He'll be given all the resources to succeed and, despite not liking him, he is a good manager.

We're not rivals - you'd have to win something first

  14. True.

We've made a massive push, whereas you've slipped well below us.

I suppose you'd count the likes of Everton and Bournemouth as your rivals now?

Believe me when I say I have never liked him. Nothing to do with him managing you. Never.

I'm with you all the way on that one, Red.

It's got nothing to do with him being your manager - for example, I had a lot of respect for Fergie, even if I didn't agree with a lot of what he did or said - but, I have never warmed to Mourhino. Too smug.

Sure, he ripped the piss out of Wenger massively with his superb "specialist in failure" jibe - credit where it's due - but when the bastard openly laughed on TV at Spurs when we got Willan over into the UK for a medical, and then Chelsea signed him, that's when I lost all respect for him.

Fergie would never have laughed at Spurs on TV. He would have ripped the piss in private, like all decent managers do.

I like SAF's half-time team talk from a few years back.... "Lads, it's Tottenham".
