Ive no doubt if De Geas off to Madrid that this will happen. I dont see him going to City when his hearts at United. Signed a 5 year contract last season though, so could get a hefty fee for him seeming how he shone in the champions league this season. Replacing him is going to be a big task if it does happen. Would personally like Begovic.
I wouldn't be too disappointed if Kasper left us for Man Utd, as I don't think it would be fair for us to stand in his way, due to his connections. I obviously would love him to stay, but if he did go, I think we should go for Pickford from Sunderland.
He's on big money to sit on the bench and is still first choice for his country so doubt that'll happen. Good shout but English tax will mean a stupid price. In other news, West Ham want Beneoune.
For Benny that is I mean, I can see Pickford going for about £20m. Personally I don't see it - makes a lot of good stops but not very commanding and seems to make a lot of errors. If he was Spanish no one would be interested at all but I'm happy to be told I'm wrong.
Rumour is that both Kasper and Mahrez have told the club they want to leave at the end of the season...
Leicester target Premier League goalkeeper to replace Kasper Schmeichel LEICESTER want Eldin Jakupovic to replace Kasper Schmeichel this summer. please log in to view this image If De Gea goes to, where ever, it´s will have a right old knock on effect---
Als don't rate Jakupovic too much. Again, a great shot stopper but not very commanding. Would Kaylor Navas be the stupidest shout if De Gea does go? Joe Hart unachieveable? Stockdale/Ruddy too poor quality? Hard position to replace keepers as they are rarely available for transfer
In Gray we have a natural replacement who works harder. Obviously you'd like to keep him but the timing wouldn't be too bad if we were to sell him now.
Gray is a left winger while Mahrez plays on the right so aren't really like for like. Can switch Albrighton to the right but he is much better on the left imo.
Navas be the stupidest shout if De Gea does go - yup. Joe Hart unachieveable - could be possible but wages would be stupid. Stockdale/Ruddy too poor quality - yup I'd try to get Tom Heaton - could be a case like Deeney where he is really comfortable where he is though.
I'd still love Deeney to partner Vardy. I can imagine his value has dropped and if you believe the papers he is more open to leaving now
From what I've seen both seem comfortable on both. Nice having the possibility to switch during the game.
Offload Slimani in order to help fund the purchase of a proper striker. The guy is always injured and just doesn't look like an accomplished striker when he does play. Poor on the ground and very hit and miss in the air. Worst 30 million we've spent.
