According to the Daily Mail, Liverpool are in talks to sign Andy Robertson for the whacking great sum of £8m. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...erpool-eye-deal-Hull-left-Andy-Robertson.html
All other clubs will start bidding for our best players at £8m They know that they can eventually buy them for £10m because Ehab can tell himself he's done amazingly to get an extra £2m
Anyone else hear the comment during today's match that Inter Milan (I think it was) are after Silva for next season? Any of our colleagues clued up on Seria A got an opinion?
if Silva stays and Liverpool do follow up the interest in Robertson then i think Markovic might be used as a bargaining tool in the deal.
I think their is an option in the original contract which was 18 months. 6 months till end of the season plus an option for either party to trigger the extra 12 months so i think silva will stay if we manage to stay up and he likes it here he said.
Posted this a while ago from the Italian sports dailys in the 'so it starts re Silva' thread. As for an opinion, there's a chance of this. Pioli will be sacked after his recent poor run. Inter want Simeone - an Inter fan - and if Atletico win the Champions League he might go. If he doesn't leave then it's Spalletti next in line, then probably Silva.
We have very little chance of hanging on to him, we've had two approaches already. Still, fingers crossed for a miracle.
I can see that as a possibility, particularly if Marco stays and sees Tymon as an adequate replacement for Robbo.
Indeed. Didn't he say in an interview last week about always looking for the next opportunity to improve his situation? And I don't begrudge him one bit.
Hey bumme I watched fiorentina v inter last night. Those Rome derbys are ruddy bloody good . Few inter fans crying in the bar like
Great game. Maybe fiors last goal offside? I watched some of espanyol v athletic too. Flores had turned them into a good team .hell get a big job soon.
It was reported extensively in Italian media at the time that is was a straight loan with no additional agreements.
