    Decline is a strong word. Stagnant is more accurate.

    Well not accurate at all really, 4th, 3rd, 2nd the last three years is neither a decline, nor stagnant. Your perception may be stagnation, but that isn't "accurate".

    I for one was pretty happy that we didn't get Vardy, and I never thought we were after him. He doesn't fit the Wenger signing profile.
