But we're not relegated yet. Words from the dead man walking. Big Vic may play a part. If anyone is remotely bothered. Daves conference. https://t.co/2vlu32wRXv
I cannot listen to this guy anymore..... Don;t think I've heard a more dour manager, or seen such a one dimensional manager. He should be like the fans, accept we are down with "his" team...prepare for the championship with players in the reserves/juniors who will play a major part next season...some of the current crop of first team players are simply collecting a wage and not doing anything to earn it.
I think I'd have to be paid to voluntarily watch a Moyes press conference at this point. Same old **** every game.
If not Zlatan it'll probably be the one who has never scored before for Utd, or is getting their first goal ever in English football. Happened again at Watford (his first goal for Watford) Seems to happen so often to us , or is it just my misconception. ?
At this stage over the past seasons I have been resigned to relegation except for last year. Sam's redeeming feature was the team slowly improved over his time once they learned to play his way. This one is a season too far but I am not putting all the blame on Moyes's shoulders, neither am I going to discuss as that is all played out.
This season has felt very different though. There's just no fight or belief in the team this year, unlike the last 5 or 6 seasons.
It's weird because we don't look in any danger of getting tanked which is good, but then we could barely look any more interested in scoring. We're just going through the motions and it's demoralising and quite sad.
Going through the motions sums it up perfectly Nacho. Could you imagine any squad going the motions with Sam in charge? I know Palace are struggling, but at least they look like they're working their arses off!
Nope and I can't think of many managers in the top two leagues who would be as incapable of getting their players fired up as Moyes, it's the bare minimum when the quality isn't there but we haven't got it. It's just odd how we haven't been outright terrible but we're drifting on a dreamy cloud towards relegation without showing any fight. Anyway can't be arsed talking about football tonight been a long day, resume tomorrow maybe if all enthusiasm hasn't been drained out of us by then.
