He'll probably follow Mad Dog to Eastleigh now. They've got loads of money...

He wont drop a league, especially out of the football league when he has league 1 and championship clubs sniffing around!

Read somewhere that up to 8 players could be leaving included in that 8 were Boteng, Connor Roberts and Matty Taylor moving across the River and joining the City or Cardiff With QPR also mentioned. Could be an interesting transfer window

I would add Harrison to that list he's just totally shocking and to be honest I would rather send Colkett back and keep Boateng:emoticon-0148-yes:

Harrison was on the list mate <ok>

Colkett is being wasted on the bench. He could have made the difference today!

Ah yeah at the bottom I didn't read it properly had to many rum and cokes last night<laugh>.

Anyway if I was judging players by yesterday's performance on who I would get rid off then only Gaffers would be left in the squad with better players around him I think he will score more such a shame the shot that hit the bar didn't go in what a cracker that would of been.

Luke James has signed for the season has are Colkett and Salter- Clarke. I cant see Rovers finding three G / Ks in the January window I would also add Boden and Easter to that list CJS
I certainly wouldn't send Colkett back but I would play him on a regular basis

It's a difficult balancing act, as to how many to bring in !!!
On recent performances most would quite rightly say 6,7 or even 8 !!! the draw back being those new players gelling into DC's philosophy/work ethos let alone with the remaining players !! ( & the board funding it !!!)
There's also the requirement to "ship out" to make room, I wouldn't be surprised to see bids for Lockyer & Taylor, & maybe Brown, with some moving for regular football...

An interesting 7/8 weeks ahead !!!

Think Taylor may go but expect Lockyer and brown to stay loyal, If Taylor goes it will depend on comes in for him, don't think that he would settle for lower Championship sides

Quite a few of these haven't been playing regularly anyway. I think DC was probably mainly referring to a few of the other regulars. I think Roos needs to go. And Lines needs a rest.

Brown and Leadbitter have been inconsistent. And Ollie Clarke is another one who needs to improve.

But we're probably being a bit harsh after a very bad month out of a couple of fantastic years. A few people need to re focus and pull their socks up. And a couple of new faces would help wo freshen things up. I would definitely like to see Mansell back for his leadership and composure as much as anything.

As much as I like Brown and Lockyer it seems they have become too comfortable and been off the boil too often since signing 2 year extensions. Need to recruit a decent CB and LB to push them out of their comfort zone.

Remember when we were relegated DC stated that too many had full bellies and had little or no hunger. This year feels as though that might be the case again. New higher (I imagine) wages = being in the comfort zone and less hungry.

Just looked at the team to play Slimbridge notice we have 2 trialists playing up front. One of the trialists Jay Kim crossed from the left and Ross Cook scored

Jay Kim on trial from Nike Acadamy and Ross Cook from Hartley Whitney. Jay Kim seemed lively.

Jay Kim looked a class player. He scored a beauty and had a hand in a couple of others. On this evidence, he looks as though he would be a great signing.

Just watched the goals on Rovers news I have to agree Gastro Jae kim did look a good player got the spelling for his first name from the WDP. The player that got their goal from open play might be worth taking a look at if he is a young player

Slimbridge didn't look bad. There's nothing there, is there but a few ducks and swans?
