I watched most of the Derby-Hudds match - pretty dire - but **** me I celebrated that **** goal Derby scored. All we need is Fulham getting a point and we beat Preston and we are up.

We aren't over the line yet. Keep playing like that and we might not.

Got to agree with Mrs Mags comments re today's dire performance. God we were worse than awful.
No cohesion, no effort, no game plan, half hearted defending.
Let's just lump the ball forward and hope something happens.
It was embarrassing sitting watching that ****e.
Toon Army were fantastic, outnumbered by about 23000 but out sung the home fans all match. Pity we didn't have much worth singing about.
I can't believe we are bottling at this stage and relying on results from other teams matches to save our arses.
What ever happened to making our own luck?
They need to buck up or we are going to end up in the play offs.

We had no leadership on or off the pitch.

Much as l adore Rafa l am beginning to wonder what goes through his head at times?
Too many changes today for my liking, why not stick with the team that performed so well last match.
Strange subs and really ought to make changes earlier than he does in most instances.
I don't get why he dropped Mbemba and Mitro.
I just hope we get this farce of a season over the line and maybe Rafas management style and tactics will prove better suited to the PL.

Do your lads really want promotion? They were outplayed and out fought for the whole match bar a decent 20 minute patch in the second half, nobody seemed to want to compete for 90 minutes and were played off the park, I'm sure you'll be promoted but someone's got to get some fight and backbone into that team for the next few games. It could have been 4 if Ward had passed to a completely unmarked Huws instead trying a shot himself.

Yes, anything to be out of this league, it's awful and has been all year despite being 2nd. Also it means we can attract better players than our gutless, spineless captain or the gutless Diame to name 2.

There is major disharmony in the dressing room apparently. Ritchie and Lascelles have had 'words' and several players are reportedly unhappy with Rafa's tactics.

    It shows.
Either Rafa needs to change tactics or put different players in who can fit in and not beel.

Some of the pundits say it's a good sign as at least shows they care, but I wonder if some of the attitudes shown today is a reflection on some of them thinking they are going to be dumped at the end of the season. If the players are having a go at each other over mistakes and poor application, though, then I don't think that's a bad thing necessarily after a poor display. I was thinking after FT that I hope Rafa has a dressing room lock in and sets a few people straight.

I only caught the last half hour of the game but it seemed to me that players like Diame, Gouffran and Yedlin weren't too bothered to be on the pitch going by their work rate. There's no need to rotate any more. There's only 3 games left over a 2 week period so the strongest side should play every game.

Part of the problem is Rafa's stubborness. His tactics worked during the first part of the season but we have now been found out. He refuses to change despite this. Several noticeable points :-

Diame - Should never play for the club again. He is absolutely shocking. Why did he play today? What possible justification was there for a recall?

Mbemba - Was on fire on Friday. Why was he dropped? He is along with Clarke our best defender and would have dealt with Freddie Sears pace today.

Lascelles - Absolute ****ing dogshit and needs dropping. Rafa's faith in him is costing us games.

Ritchie - Clearly unhappy. Was subbed today and again looked disgusted. Has also had a massive falling out with Lascelles.

Mitrovic - Splits opinion but he would have brought Murphy into the game today. Dropped after a fantastic game v Leeds. Baffling.

Atsu - Simply not good enough. His cross for the goal was Sublime but he did nothing else. Does not look interested.
