If there's owt I can do I will mate but it depends on what the issue is.

It usually only takes 10 days and TalkTalk can't block you from moving, it literally takes about 10 seconds for an engineer to switch your line, the problem is getting an Openreach appointment to do it.

People see that Openreach is owned by BT but actually it's fully separate and BT customers get no advantage. Two months is extreme, have they told you what's caused the hold up?

I can have a look at it if you PM your details, but if it's engineer based it'll be limited what I can do. Anything else, account **** up etc I can likely get sorted.

Cheers mate I think it is a problem with Openreach and they've had to cancel my order a couple of times as the order was 'stuck' apparently but won't tell me anything else - will drop you a PM now.

Like I said earlier on in the thread
I have had massive problems with talk talk.
But for the past few years there have been fine.
There are all as bad as each other and there is no stand out company.
I think you pay your money get the best dal you can and just take your chance.
    Just saying like

I just left Voda for BT work wise mate, it'll level out after a few days, Voda BB is superb once they tune your router etc.

Aye, the router they give is incredible, it concentrates signal on devices so there's no lost speed etc but because of that it takes a fair bit of fine tuning.

It's excellent when sorted, closest thing to BT but great price.
