    Anyone else got it?
    Absolute tosspot of a company.
Technical back up & customer service is ****e ****ing bollocks.
Alls you get to talk to is a bunch of ****ing Pakistani arseholes who haven't a ****ing clue.
Worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I was left without a phone for a week. Got my bill yesterday & no ****ing reduction for that. ****s.
I had to threaten them with Offtel to get the lazy ****s to do something about it.
Last night my internet was very slow. Today it's 10 x slower than dial up.
Brian's thread about the fire in London takes ages to load because images are taking yonks to load.
The new router they sent me a few years ago lasted all of three months.
Sent them an email - no response so I had to buy a ****er off ebay & that looks like it's about ****ed as well now.
Avoid these ****s at all costs.

Mate they're an awful excuse of a company. Internet is ****e and the customer service is even worse.

We cancelled middle of April to go with BT and they've ****ed our order up now so we're still without - 2 ****ing months.

    The whole industry is abysmal.

    Billy,
We had that lot when we lived in France ten years ago and they were abysmal then and I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.
    Get rid ASAP.

previously we had tiscali then talk talk took them over
Had massive problems with them for about 3 years
They have been fine now for about 3years.
I phoned up last month and after a great deal of negotiations which infact took about a week.
    I'm now on
Unlimited phone line rental and broad band
£15 per month for 6th months
Then £20 month for a further 12 months.
Remember I have had trouble with them in the past but there ok at THE MOMENT

I've always been with Virgin in a cabled area. Nothing compares to them.

Now living out in the sticks and I've been with BT for a year. No problems yet.

I try avoiding any company that has taken UK jobs away to cheaper, often bloody useless, foreign call centres..

Just a bunch of pocket liners Billy, their hack last year was due to failings in their security investment. The CEO bird that resigned after it is a mate of David Cameron's that alone should set the alarm bells ringing.

Currently with Sky again as Virgin aren't hooked up here yet but both are miles ahead in everything..<ok>

Plusnet down here are well respected too, I'm sure they are national..

Worth it though, once you beat the family up and get through the attire, sounds tempting actually like pornhub in reverse..;)

With Virgin Media at the moment and their broadband is top notch. Customer service is excellent, but their TV Box sets are ****e. This thread interest's me as we'll be moving up north soon so need to know what's best. Clearly it's BT or Sky

We get phone calls and can't understand half what they are saying, you try to be polite like saying excuse me, but then they hang up.

We had problems when we moved to Witton Gilbert and they messed up the transfer. After weeks frustration with said call centre wrote to CEO in this country and basically got out of contract without any compensation but with no penalties. When got onto Ofcom opening message was if your complaint is 3 or Talk Talk press "1" anyone else press "2". That said it all for me. Went to Sky and had no problems that weren't sorted immediately. Mind I was worried when I found their technical help call centre was next door to SJP.

I've just moved jobs to BT and believe me you wanna be with BT.

They are about to release 300mb fibre which is fully ridiculous, and you get all sort of free **** hoyed in that nobody else does.

And, for RAW, 100% of all BT calls will be answered in U.K. within a year, already up to 88%.
