Poverty certainly looks to play a part in the numbers of children born with illnesses and conditions like these.

Probably because they suffer a level of poverty that you will never experience. When the family members have to scavenge on rubbish tips to stay alive. Kids stripping our exported electrical goods putting them at immediate physical risk by contact with toxic materials/substances. If they don't do it they die, if they do it they still die but attempted to stay alive
