All the self-appointed apostles were out in force today with their print outs and hate speeches. Very parasitic. Looked like the vast majority had a great day.
**** off, ****. No more to be said. (Mind, the superfluous capitals, that misplaced apostrophe and the incorrectly omitted one are winding me up a tad).
FFS, Granddad. I sincerely hope you don't find your way out of the closet that you're so obviously in. It's no wonder your missus is unfulfilled. ****.
So, if you're calling me gay, and it takes one to know one, can I assume that there's at least a crack of light through the closet door? You remind me of the American who shot up a gay bar, only for it to be revealed that he was a regular patron. ****.
When I was a kid queer bashing was still a thing, I walked all the way round Hull City centre this afternoon and saw thousands of them having a great time. I worked with a few gay men in the early 80's and realized then what was indoctrinated into us 60's kids that queers were the devils, was complete and utter crap. So to see a City like Hull, host the U.K. Pride event is astonishing really and bloody good an all
I suspect homophobic or for that matter racist and religious abuse says far more about those that spout their poisonous diatribe than those they seek to abuse. it matters not what gender you sleep with. We are all just people.
I was actually part of the parade yesterday and then stayed in Queens Gardens for the afternoon Brilliant atmosphere. Loads of people just happy and enjoying themselves regardless of sexuality (music was fairly dreadful although Marc Almond was ok) As Steverico says it is actually a big deal given what things used to be like in the City decades ago There's been Pride events in Hull for years but nothing as big as yesterday which I assume was on the back of people in the area just getting used to enjoying big events, and society growing up and accepting difference right across the board Anyway I had a top day
