Mason doing the presser with Marco today, but it's at noon, rather than the normal morning start. Presumably, because they want to announce whether the new signings have been registered in time to be available tomorrow. Very christmassy at the training ground. please log in to view this image Mason up first... “It was a dreadful day at Bournemouth earlier in the season. It was embarrassing! We want to make amends for that.” “We go into the game with plenty of confidence and we're aiming for all three points. We know the importance of Saturday’s game.” “We’ve got quite a small squad so it’s good to see some new arrivals. It’s important that we get players in to help us get results.” Silva up next... please log in to view this image MS on Niasse and Evandro Signings: “They have come here to improve our squad and we are happy to have them on board.” “My players haven’t forgot what happened at Bournemouth, but tomorrow is the chance to change that, not revenge.” “We only play to win the game - nothing else. That is all that matters.” “We play at home on Saturday and I hope our fans support the team just as they did at Old Trafford.” “We are stronger with the Stadium full and with the fans behind the team. We need them to be fully behind the team.” Michael Dawson and Curtis Davies both trained today and are in contention to feature against Bournemouth. Josh Tymon is also available for selection after recovering from the injury he picked up against Manchester United in midweek. Jake Livermore has recovered from the illness which forced him to miss the EFL Cup Semi-Final at Old Trafford. Silva wouldn't be drawn on the availability of new signings Oumar Niasse and Evandro ahead of tomorrow's home game with Bournemouth, but it's believed we're waiting on international clearance for Evandro only and City are hoping to get it in next few hours.
That training ground really winds me up, we've had 5 years of PL loot now and we're still training at what looks like several ramshackle portacabins stuck together. Swansea, Stoke, Burnley ect have all built brand new state of the art training facilities since being promoted.
Ffs This is the team news thread. Not the MDT. The MDT is the place to put forecasts not here. This forum is going to hell in a hand cart. Regulation 4-0 btw. You Ull.
Between the two sides there are about five fit defenders available. It's going to finish 8-7. Niasse perfect hattrick.
Forgot they had lost a couple of players and yes our training facility is ****. Thanks Rehab, how's your bank balance?
Any news on Dawson ? And Dio and Clucas after Tuesday night ? And has Livermore's illness cleared up ? And has he passed it onto anyone else ? And is the Earth really round ? So many questions
