Mme tells me that I should object to any suggestions that I was getting a bad reputation with Minxy. I always do as I am told of course.
OK, I'm going to sound a bit of a nerd for asking (and who would've thought an amateur statistician would be a nerd ?), but why can't you take the test in a convertible?
I'm going to compound things here by asking you to explain that, w_y . It's early and I was attacked by a 3yr old at 7.
Back to the Wacky Races theme SLB - one of the characters was a mad inventor whose car converted into all sorts of things and was called the Convert-a-Car. His name was Professor Pat Pending! Obviously a bit before the time of a young whippersnapper like you!
I used to love 'Wacky Races'. I didn't remember the Prof's name but I remember his car. I used to like the Ampthill wink Mob and, unsurprisingly, Dastardly .
w-y, i love that you're a Wacky Races geek...it was my favourite cartoon as a kid, though i wouldn't have remembered the Profs name either! lol# SLB - It's something to do with Examiners' Insurance i think. Most of the test rules regarding the car are because of 'Examiner safety' so i presume that one is too. After all, if they go out in a car with a driver who's taking a test, they can presume they're relatively inexperienced, and anything could happen (and probably has lol).
When I was at sixth form a friend's brother crashed into a skip right outside the test centre. Damage only, so the examiner told him he'd failed and crossed the road back into the test centre .
