To be fair, our recruitment system is ****e and has been systematically criticised by virtually everyone on most Swans forums for a long time, so any improvement there will be welcome.

 

It's rather interesting that the players do not agree with his methods and they didn't agree with Guidolin either. Given that most players have the mental capability of a two-year-old, it is hard to think tht thye have any say at all. My ex-wife is what they need.... she was very good with tantrums!!!

 

Hopefully that means that stupid rumours like a £10m bid for Tom Carroll and £15m bid for Mitrovic are dead and buried then.

 

The aim of the article seemed to be to undermine Bradley, but the suggestion that the players were also unhappy with Guidolins techniques swings the attention more closely to the players.

I don't take any heed of these reports, regardless of who is in charge.

 

Player power guys! I have mentioned this before, it is an issue within our squad, just look at Taylor...........

 

However, reports that Laudrup, Monk, Guido - according to this article and Bob not having/lost the dressing room does suggest a very worrying trend.

 

The Players want great pay and managers under their thumb .....SHUT THE FUK UP AND DO YOUR FUKING JOB .

 

Good management of any club/organisation starts at the very top......................

 

Load of BS....The players speak for themselves and there is nothing but praise for BOB if you believe Leon and the rest who write in the EP....

The club needs rebuilding from top to bottom both on and off the pitch.

 

From chairman down needs overhauling definitely....As for the very top then it is their club to do whatever they like and if they want to be successful then it is in their best interest to start spending BIG money to repair the damage that has been done over the past few seasons....If we only bring in a couple of players then we will be relegated as we are so short on quality right through the squad that we will never survive, We have plenty of experience in the staff to know what we need but whether the owners know what we need is another thing and we will find that out very shortly, I cant rubbish them just yet but if they dont show some urgency during this transfer window then i will give up as there will be nothing i can say or do about it and let them find out themselves.....
