Has anyone got a Tottenham ticket registration I can borrow?

In order to buy Spurs Chelsea tickets, purchasers must have registered pre July 1 to stop Chelsea fans buying tix in Spurs' end.

Would appreciate it as can't get ticket in chelsea end
