    Mmm interesting because other teams will watch videos of QPR and if they set up the same to nullify us at ER then we have got problems

    Like he said, we need a plan b but Monk hasn't had time to teach them that yet

    I think Monk thought 4-4-2 would be plan B and he soon realised we haven't the players for that to work.

    Evans wasn't released until after Cellino had picked his brains regarding new signings, Roofe was certainly mentioned and I'm not sure about Antonsson. January it was obvious a striker was top of Monks shopping list and he never got him.

    I blame Monk for a few errors here and there but I accept nobody is perfect, one thing I don't blame Monk for is the plan B formation, if we haven't the players what do you do.

    Anyone asking for Plan B I would like to hear the suggested lineup.

    His comments on the PL made a lot of sense. SKY won't like him dissing their pet project

    We wouldn't have problems if Monk had a plan b, his only failing in my opinion. Could be the players aren't good enough to play any other system mind. If we don't go up this year, it's crucial we make some decent signings in the summer for a full on push next year. If Cellino is still involved I can't see us getting the quality we need unfortunately.
