Cardiff sacked their manager due to the fact he's had plenty of attempts to get them into the PL but failed in the play offs, he seems to have reached his level and can't take them any further.

As for Chelsea, they aren't exactly the run of the mill football club are they?

SG has got us promoted to the Championship and managed a very respectable 7th. At the start of the season we were supposed to be relegation fodder, so I for one think SG should be praised for his achievements.

Cardiff and Chelsea hadn't made progress each season under Jones and Ancelotti. At Leeds, we have done under Grayson. It's as simple as that for me, but I do accept he cocked up big time when we dropped out of the playoffs. Give him another season to turn it around, which I'm certain he will.

1. DM - where the money needs to be spent in my POV
1. CB - paddy back this season

1. Winger - cover for Snoddy and Max
for me are the priority and Larry needs to push Papa Smurf for at least 2m and then pick up a couple of free´s and loan.

Then its how we start the season and how he motivates the team, which for me it did not happen in April and May where we lost the chance of automatic promotion or the playoffs....... a big mistake

However larry got us out of the championship and in our first year back in the Championship we finished 7th so not bad and to be fair im sure at the begining of the season we would have taken that

What we need is STABILITY we don,t need people carping Grayson OUT he has done a very good job so far on very limited outlay Town HAVE spent more Lee 'fog on the tyne' Clarke has had more to spend than SG but nobody is calling for his head
