Just sat through an hour of absolute dirge now known as Radiohead.

When did they get so pretentious and well, utterly ****e?

    It's just noise, absolutely awful.

    The Bends it ain't.

To be fair they have played Street Spirit, No Surprises and Paranoid Android but by **** did I have to sit through some dogger to get to those.

High and Dry, Karma Police and Fake Plastic Trees might just pull it of the fire for them.

    Might.

    Radiohead were brilliant.

They played the hits 100%, if it was too much to handle then middle age has truly set in.

Yep, seemed on the brink of a bizarre snowflake counter assault on no one.

Anyone considering themselves a fan of the band would've kept up easily, non-fans would've found a decent amount of hits to chew on as well.

Think it was only **** if you didn't already like them.

Here at Glasto now. Great set by Radiohead and the atmosphere was really good. Saw Elbow earlier...yes arm waving but Guy Garvey has a great voice. Pretenders were just as good after 40 years.

I'm middle aged but can tell a load of old ****e when I hear it.

Thom Yorke looked like a desperate old man trying to be cool, didn't wash with me.

If you fell for it then fair enough.

The songs are great, the performance was fantastic and I personally think Thom looks a hundred times better now then the bleached blonde nerd he was in '95.

Things don't stay the same forever and Radiohead are testament to that. All sorts of genres from the last 25 years are nailed in their discography. I'd much rather that than the same album year after year pandering to no one but the notalgia brigade.

Nothing to fall for, as they've consistently made albums of quality, any proper Radiohead fan would have been very impressed with that. Especially when you consider the genius that is Jonny Greenwood. It's not often you see someone playing the piano with a guitar whilst actually playing guitar. **** eh?
Going to watch them play at Trafford and couldn't be more excited!

For us people who appreciate Radiohead but aren't really fans i.e. I like a few popular songs but don't know many more, could we have a definition of what a "real fan" is? I never really understood the concept.

Do you have to join the fan club; wear the badge?

Someone list me the criteria for being a real fan.

You have to come from Radiohead & liked them when they were good as well as now that they're ****, or summat like that.

    Firstly who said 'real'?

Secondly, in football terms you could be someone who appreciates the football that Spurs play but is a fan of Hull. Bit different is it not?

I watched three episodes of Vikings.
All good. No arguing about that.

I watched from the beginning lots of great music...The Blossoms were brilliant and First Aid Kit have two lovely ladies and some great harmonies...Not so sure about Royal Blood although I noticed the drummers bass drum skin has a tiger on it....are we in a sponsorship deal with them as well now? Radiohead were on too late for me...not sure if I will catch up on them.
As an interesting aside...one of the first Glasto's had T Rex headlining..they had no money so they got paid in Milk. Marc was quite happy with that apparently but they never said how much they were given!
