Well yeah in Sunderlands case those are the players who will have plenty of suitors.
I cant imagine their agents not insisting on relegation clauses. Not in this day and age!

 

Pickford signed a new 4 year deal this season i think, which means the club should be able to get top dosh for him.
Been no mention of any clause in his contract.

 

You would know better than I, I guess. But for an emerging young talent like that? If his agent didn't insist on a relegation clause, it would be a serious oversight imo

 

If it was up to the lad himself i believe he would stay 1 more season and help get us back up. He absolutely loves safc but the club will need the money and sell regardless. My guess before tonight was £20m plus add ons. But after tonights heroics that's an extra 5m i reckon!

My understanding is that he's free to negotiate his own deal provided it is to a team that plays in blue, has won the title in the last 3 seasons ...and isn't Chelsea....

I think Everton would be a good move for him, no pressure to win trophies and a good solid club moving in the right direction.

He is far better than both of those keepers.
Maybe City and Pool have shown no interest though,.
Everton would be a decent move for him.

 

City would be the last place I'd be going if I was a young English player looking to make a step up.

Be interesting to see where he ends up, a club from Europe might go for him, Barca or Real or Juve, who knows.
