Oh dear is all I can say after reading the two emails. Will listen to the podcasts shortly.

 

So Roland does meddle in the team selection. If this is a genuine email, it's proof.

 

Almost certainly genuine unless they want legal action take against them.

 

This must be a fake. Our CEO told us Roland has never meddled in team selection. Never. Ever.

 

Katrien described the idea that Roland interfered in team selection as "mind blowing".

Just saying.

 

This must be from Jimmy Stones upcoming expose.

Wow. 90% of us knew it was true, but having it in black and white is still very damning. All the journos who asked KM in the past will have a field day.

 

It's bad, obvioulsy. But why has someone sat on this information? I assume there are legal reasons, but it's all self-promotion too...

 

A couple of Duchatelet's comments to Powell are hilarious.

"I am sending you high quality players from Standard and Ujpest"

"Put bluntly the Scout [Karel Fraeye] knows the players much better than you do"

 

So?

 

If I knew of a cure for cancer I wouldn't hold on to it until everyone has cancer to make me look good

 

The first two episodes were released this morning. No real revelations, just confirmation of things previously denied.

 

It would be Powell sitting on this information if anyone? I know Jimmy a little through his wife and he's not the self promotion type. He had to be very meticulous when doing this expose by the sound of it and imagine he had lawyers go through it before releasing info.

To give Jimmya bit more credit, he spoke out against the regime whilst employed and after he left he did so again.

 

Surely this cannot be genuine?!?!

If it wasn't they would be opening themselves to one hell of a lawsuit. I imagine CP would have had his lawyers read his Charlton contract to ensure he wasn't breaking the law in releasing info. His contract was written by a lawyer so imagine/hope they did all the nesseccaries.

 

Interesting that Charlton Life doesn't feel able to run an open thread about it.

 

Guess they are just covering their arse.

I have some sympathy for KR, walking straight in to this. Then again, he should have known what he was walking in to.

Amazing that some people are burying their head further in the sand in regards to this.
