    I typically start the day with some fresh ground French press coffee. Drink a La Croix with lunch, a few cups of tea/roiboss/or yerba mate in the afternoon... Then have a cup of coffee to help me sleep before bed. (Yes, I know it has the opposite effect on most people, but I've discovered if I don't have coffee before bed I don't sleep)

    I know one person who starts the day with Carling, has a Unit's breast milk for lunch. Carling in the afternoon and Sambuca for bed. Won't say who though.

    Doesn't it work on supply and demand? If there's demand for a certain amount, then the body will generally keep producing that much.

    Would require an Initial pregnancy though.
