Still 3 games to go and squeaky bum time - it should never, ever - EVER, have been like this.
28% win rate over 28 games is not good enough with this group of players.
I do believe their is the basis of a good team in that squad - but unfortunately, it doesn't look likely with this manager (which I can say I am whole-heartedly disappointed to be the outcome of our season). Time for someone new to come in and take this squad forward and improve with a few acquisitions.

The only positive I see for Ollie is that Forest haven't won away since November and have only scored 6 times away from home since then. So a draw or win must be a given for us shouldn't it ???

I really do despair with some of the comments on here, 'a good team in that squad'??? Don't make me laugh, it hurts. If I were building a squad from that lot I doubt I'd keep more than 5 or 6 at most. Why are we dropping like a brick? It's because we don't have enough good players that can retain the ball and hurt the opposition. The two best teams I've seen in this division are Fulham and Brighton, they don't give the ball away cheaply and they have players that can hurt the opposition. If Ollie stays we will go down next season if not this season...

We have a tendency to help teams with those kind of records.

Good post, I think keeping 5 or 6 players is about right.

Don't think we'll get any more points this season, lets hope the teams around us continue to be terrible too. I was thinking about the Bristol game last night, we should have won that but instead made them look like a premier team. I really don't think Holloway will be manager next season and I think he knows his time is up.

So, if Ollie does go, this means the next manager still has to build a new team. He will give all the players a fresh chance (some might deserve it some might not), and will get rid of a few. He will still have the financial fair play fine issue hanging over his head and be restricted in how much he can spend. For example, IF we got £4 mill for Cherry, how much was Ollie allowed to spend, £1.5 to £2m?

We have had enough chopping and changing in the hot seat. If we stay up (maybe if we don't we get rid of some dead wood that doesn't fancy playing for the shirt) then this could be good....however I hope we stay up. Ollie needs a pre-season with his team.

I think that maybe some are forgetting a very important part of being a QPR fan:
In life there are two options
    1) The Easy way
    2) The hard way

As a Rangers fan...I know we always choose the second way!!!

If Ollie gets a pre-season then get used to the dire football served up every game..I for one dont trust Ollie or SLF to bring in any decent players in the close season..
God what a depressing thought, another year of this style of football :(

He brought in Freeman which was a plus. Smith I'm neutral about, and Goss I've hardly seen play. It's his strange rotation system that seems to be causing the problem.

Them signings are debateable..goss is a punt and smith is the spearhead for ollies long ball game.
Ollie is gambling with team selections,he just hadnt got a clue what formation, who to play and the players look devoid of any cohesion and confidence and how to implement ollies game plan.so either theyre not good enough, stupid or dont understand ollies methods.

He's made so many changes he's lost the plot, he can't remember his best team anymore. He seems to pick teams based on the opposition rather than trying to play to our strengths, if he does it next week we'll be f*cked as Forest have to go for it as well...
