Champions............Well deserved Liecester Relegated.........................Sunderland. Toon, Villa.... Dodgy ground..................Norwich, Palace. Safe......................Swansea City ..Phew
If Man City get past Madrid in the SEMI final of Champions League I think we will get 1,000,000 £'s from an add on from the BONY deal . Then I will have a semi Bony for sure ....
I like this, thought I'd share it. Spanish 3rd division http://www.skysports.com/football/n...panish-side-ud-socuellamos-scores-wonder-goal
Anyone see the West Ham cup game tonight? I am not sure about how I feel about their new ground - just seems lot of green plastic around the pitch. Will be interesting to see it in the flesh so to speak when the Swans play there later this season.
That would be a shock of epic proportions imo , Hull , Burnley and ?? one other but I don't think it'll be West Ham, I like West ham as an old school type of Club but now just another like us now just another money making machine .
Well the baggies have been sold to the Chinese http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...tment-group-yunyi-guokai-sports-a7173311.html
The fit for purpose thing should take a while to go through so let's hope this gives Huw a little urgency to get Baston in. I can see Pulis getting sacked/walking away within 6 months.
No doubt they will be pumping some money in there, I get the feeing all clubs owned by Americans and western countries, will eventually get left behind in the financial stakes. Just a feeling.
They will still have to abide by the financial fair play rules though, so can't see huge sums being pumped in the way of Man City and Chelsea, all they will be interested in will be a steady mid table team possibly going for Europa League football.
Not sure whether they need to, the money they are already paying over there, can see it as a way maybe of getting players to move between 2 clubs, if they own both. What is the position of FFP rules now don't seem to hear much about it, I don't know why I thought it had been relaxed, probably wrong. I am sure someone will explain it, I have read it but still not sure how it works, but it has slightly been relaxed. https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2015/sep/02/financial-fair-play-manchester-city
It has been relaxed but the main principles still apply, all teams must stay within their turnover assessment period (3 years), +€5 Million, this does not include investment into Stadiums or Development of youth academies etc, which are except from the rules.
