Not really, he took the Palarse job to rebuild his reputation after the England fiasco. He kept Palarse up, job done!
A couple of snippets from today’s BBC website - Andrea Radrizzani: Italian businessman completes Leeds United takeover - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40021074 So I expect Feeds fans will be expecting big things this season. Apart from RvW they were from 40 years ago, they stopped being a top team back in the eighties. Also, a good footballer doesn't necessarily make a good manager!
That's undoubtedly true Dave, but I must admit I didn't understand the bit about Seedorf not used to top rate football? Played for three top European teams, four Champions League wins, apart from numerous other trophies. So, yes, unproven as a manager, but I'd say he knows top rate football.
Looking at the starting line up for United. As this is their most important game of the season. That's a really weak side. If Jose wins this, just further proves his quality.
Not a United fan in any way but really want them to win this for those who died in Monday's atrocity.
2-0 United! It's strange. I never thought about them winning it until the knockout stage. From then on, I've kine of felt comfortable that United will win it. From no feeling to certain they will win the whole comp is a strange one for me. Winning tonight = really good United season for Jose. That is pretty impressive, with some of these players.
