I was showing off my dance moves in the office the other day and I reckon I was pretty good because I heard someone say that I must have special knees.

Defoe saying that the secret to his fitness and lack of injuries is using a cryochamber and having ice bath massages, maybe they really do work eh. It sounded like he goes to them privately rather than with teammates so maybe it has got something to do with our injuries this season if the club isn't using them since Sam left.

Great watch mate, it'll be on iPlayer by now I'd imagine.

It's not just about him, there's several others who have been through similar to him on there.

It was interesting to me, I lost my dad at a young age and I never grieved for him, it never affected me like it really should have, some of the kids on the show have been through hell, so I'd consider myself to be one of the lucky ones in a strange way.

Just been to TGI Fridays and nailed a shed load of food, definite food coma coming up, even better though, Samuel Adams on draught.

Sam Adams is fit isn't it, never had it on draught but I bet it's a great pint. Used to get it in Grill on the Alley and on New York street in Manchester, nice restaurants.

Yeah, much better than the bottles imo. Comes in a thistle shaped pint glass, you've got to have it in the right glass.
