What an absolute disgrace of a decision that. Unbelievable.

That's what happens when you get new owners....happened to us when Evans took over. Jim wasn't doing a bad job, just that Evans thought the dark lord would be the champagne signing that would take us to the promised land.

Good manager but his playing style isn't too dissimilar from Mick.

    Shocking decision though

I would say a much more ridiculous decision sacking Rowett who has Brum on the cusp of the play offs mid season with hardly any ££££ to spend, as opposed to sacking Jim at the end of the season with our play off hopes over.

Jim spent MILLIONS and when given ££££ in my opinion went from being a very promising, good manager on zero budget to having no bloody clue what to do and massively underachieving. We SHOULD have been play offs 07/08 had he signed a left winger that we were crying out for, and 08/09 with our spend was a bloody joke.

Rowett, if Mick goes I'd happily take you. Disgusting.

Marcus Evans took over in December 2007 and Magiltion didn't get the sack until April 2009. "Happened to us" my arse.

Agreed Jim had to go. Completely incompetent with £££.

Fair play Jonah, I've obviously got a short memory, I didn't think he was around for so long...its a shame, as I think he could've been a decent manager for us.

I agreed with getting rid of Jimbo, but he was certainly better than the next two jokers!!
