    I can live with that and probably actually agree.

    I honestly thought the 1980's was the decade music started to die with the influx of "boy bands" and "girl bands" and dancers on stage distracting everyone from the fact that the singer couldn't actually sing.

    Musically, I thought it was a good start to the decade, mainly due to 70s bands.
    Faded mid-80s and then picked up towards the latter years.
