OLM said on another thread that ellewoods was so upset about the grief he got on here about Trump being elected that he hasn't been back.

He hasn't logged on since election day, but I've no idea if that was the reason he actually stopped posting.

I realised Kellen had gone when AlRawdah started doing the MOMs. I thought it had been arranged between them. <doh>

I recall him being extremely sure that Trump being elected wasn't just highly unlikely, but impossible; he went so far as to PM the 'proof' to some posters on here. It was all a tad silly, really.

Ellewood is/was a convicted activist - mainly Greenpeace, I believe - and there is a possibilty he is distracted elsewhere.

If he's gone due to Trump being elected it's equally sad and pathetic. Even though he supported City from afar he was a popular poster who I thought had the Tiger bug, which once bitten by should never leave you, turns out that it looks like I was wrong and he was Tigeroo in disguise. Maybe he's been reborn as black_cat_kellen.

I hope he's okay. His website www.cubesfarm.com has done one as well and he's not posted on his youtube account for ages. Does anyone have any other way of contacting him?

Lol I wouldn't do that Des, it's actually a real site that goes by that name, has loads of my favourite dog breed on it, Dobermanns.

Just watched the last episode of Apple Tree Yard and it finished well, although the wife says the book was far better - often the case that.

two nights ago watched a film called "weeler"
Loved it, true story about a country singer
Trying to make it in Nashville ...at the age of 42.
Last night watched "Wild", Reece Witherspoon
I thought it was brilliant, another true story..

Don't give up on Fortitude. Be ready for a real shocker in Ep.9 and all the way through the finale, Ep.10. Seriously good.

Just to add: you really should record the final two episodes and watch them back2back.

    Just watched Hill Street
Not the Blues version but a documentary about skateboarding in Dublin
Dragged on a bit. I admire what they do, but it's all quite samey after a while so a film length doc is a bit much
    Ok as background noise
Funny footage of them being warned off by fat security guards though

All dogs have good and bad amongst them, just like humans. Dobes used to get a bad rap, at the moment it's the turn of Staffies. My Dobes were beautiful, three of them were as soft as your friends, and as soft as my current Staffie, one of them was a born killer that I had to have euthanised at three years old, there was no other choice, but it still hurt, a lot! I loved that dog but she was a danger to anything on two or four legs.
