Yeah I can't get modbro Spes, I'm all Apple, unless it can be downloaded onto the Firestick. Do you, or anyone else, know if the sport apps on Kodi are any good for streaming live City games? I know that Bob seems to have had some success with it but is that from the Sportdevil app? Either way anyone that has an Amazon Firestick is missing out massively if they don't download Kodi onto it.
If any of you have heard of this new Woody Harrelson film that he's shooting with one camera and screening live, there's a cracking Hull link... My best mate who I have known for over 30 years and is from Hull, is only the copper who chased him on foot through the streets of London and arrested him. Woody's UK agent has been in touch in the past couple of weekks to offer him a cameo in the film and to invite him to press interviews but the Met wont let him. He's gutted. https://www.theguardian.com/film/2017/jan/17/woody-harrelson-lost-in-london-live-film-interview My mate is City fan in case anyone was wondering.
I tend to watch the City games I don't get to on my PC, I find Neolive is generally pretty good, failing that Cricfree works ok too. re. loading Mobdro onto your stick, I'm pretty sure you can, I think Castro gave some good info on how to load it on a thread that was dedicated to Kodi .... I'll try and find it.
I use Kodi and downloaded ZEM TV. I have watched great stream with only a bit of minor buffering. Get it through Phoenix. On a train, but will help tomorrow if you need it.
Cheers Fez. I've downloaded Phoenix but I thought that was just for movies, I'll have another look at it
Yes, unless it is a cup game streamed by no one. Look between them all, as one will look good but another might be terrific. Thing is, though, things do change, so we all search, it doesn't take that long once you're familiar. The only problem is that watching it on the telly, with replays and immediate analysis, puts you at a disadvantage over those arguing with the pillock next to them at the game. And their singing is great, apparently.
I'd never heard of it, but my daughter said it was kind of a sequel itself actually Linked to an earlier film just called Cloverfield, and if you'd seen that then as things happen you'd understand why because it was the same event but from a different part of the country Might have to track that down (although apparently it's a Blair Witch style 'found footage' type film and I can't really get on with shaky handheld cameras)
Mama is good, but I have tried the others and somtimes got same high quality with little or no buffering. It depends on whether you get Sky (when we're on - I got rid of Sky Sports and Movies) or if it is on NBC Sports.
Unbroken, our daughter lent the DVD (quaint these days I know) to me and it was quite a good film. An American Olympic athlete runs in the Munich Olympics during the rise of the Nazi's and the growing threat of WW2. His aim is the next Olympics in Tokyo but the second world war intervenes and he ends up in a Japanese prisoner of war camp. The ending is quite surprising in the circumstances but overall a decent film.
Yes, sometimes Mama is not working, so use others, generally can find something that works well on the day.
We just watched Hacksaw Ridge on Kodi via Exodus/new releases. It's an excellent film, a true story of one mans heroic bravery. It might be a bit too Hollywoody for some but I'd give it a strong 9/10. I love Kodi, if you haven't got it on your Amazon Firestick, get it, NOW!
