Think that's definitely in my top 3. Was my first away game for years and I was right behind it... took us all a while to realise it had trickled in <laugh>

I (somehow) had forgotten about Austins debut goal at United <doh>

Been spoilt (again) this year for sure.

I'm sure I've mentioned it before, but I was in the air going to see my (then) pregnant daughter in Atlanta during the Man Utd v Saints match in Jan. As soon as we touched down I turned my phone on, saw a text from my brother and totally forgetting where I was, punched the air and shouted "****ing get in there". There were a lot of weird looks from the Americans at me (I was on a 'local' Delta Airlines flight so Brits were a minority), until a woman 2 rows in front said to her husband "I think he's just seen the football results" :)

Could you tell whether she was English or from the USA? Impressively intuitive if she was American. ;)

Definitely a Brit. The accent and the fact she said 'football' and not 'Soccer' gave it away :)

We can no longer seem to see past highlights on the new website. What's happened to the historical videos that were viewable on Player? I miss them. :(

I was thinking the same, just recently, when trying to find them, but failing.
Glad to know it's not just me.

That moment in December when puel unexpectedly left and was replaced by a joyful returning pardew. Enjoyed the meltdown of all forum meltdowns.

Up there are 2 live sky games this season v Burnley and v Everton. In the first a young left back was called into action on his premier league debut and played a blinder, the second another academy graduate Josh Sims has a debut man of the match performance shoving 2 years of being ignored by the manager he just helped to beat back down his throat.

Examples in front of the whole country that if they are good enough we play them. Proud moments in what has been a very good year.

Beating Milan, absolutely brilliant, had a football high for days. Enjoyed the campaign, even the salvaged draw that saw us out.
Other highlights has to be Hesketh, McQueen & Sims. Credit to them for breaking through when it was said 'they are simply not good enough.' Yeah right tosser.

That's a good one actually RSS. Very proud to be a fan of the only Premier League team to have a Euro 16 winner... and two at that!

I got some very dirty looks when I punched the air when the goal went in. I was in my local PMU bar drinking with French friends (some became ex for while).
