Anyone ever had the Nitrogen Frozen ice cream? They just use liquid and freeze instantly with nitrogen. Still comes out really creamy - coffee flavour the best. Had it first in Bali. It was that good we were considering opening one in UK but notice there are a few in London now. Agree with Chippy that Italy has some great ice cream places - we found one in Milan and went back every day for their coffee flavoured ice cream. This place in Lima, Peru (Gelateria Laritza D) was one of my favourites as well. First wife took me there before we were married - ice cream was great but it was where she made me eat it from that made it special!. Had a taste for savoury ice creams ever since and this is currently one of my favourites: please log in to view this image

I could do a proper demolition job on those as well. Remember years ago when the sticks used to have jokes on them? I don't think anyone does that anymore.....just put Sunderland AFC on one...that's a big enough joke at the moment
Got to be Pistachio or Ginger for me, but l do remember getting plain vanilla in a sugercone from the ice cream van by the monument in Tynemouth when l was a bairn.
Mint choc chip, white choc magnum, phish food ben and jerries, chocolate brownie ben and jerries, cookie dough ben and jerries. Great. Now I want ice cream.
Nope - other one was salted caramel. Couldn't believe how much the cornflake one actually tasted like cornflakes
