PHWOAH European ginats Falkirk, so much for Benfica then. Leicester play against Madrid, we play Motherwell, its nonsense, I wonder who'll 1. Spend more money (Leicester) 2. Buy better players (Leicester) 3. Who'll finish higher than Leeds (Leicester) Never mind, Kanu is avaliable
Because whoever you play against in pre-season determines where you'll finish during the season . And, of course, we also learnt with Leicester and Middlesbrough that spending more money gets you success.
Leeds have played in Scotland before, I was based in Scotland. There are a lots of Leeds fans up there and they will be happy, Why do we have to travel far and wide. its a pre-season game aimed at match fitness, our big game is Newcastle at home 31 July, ill be there, maybe the new kit will be launched to co-inside
Gives you and our other Scottish fans a couple of easy fixtures to get to at least. Well, maybe not that easy from Inverness. Oi, behave you!
Holt are you lost again. Still looking for Norwich on the Championship board? Or is it the fact that the tumbleweed is still blowing on the Naaaarwich board despite getting promoted??? Or maybe the rest of Norfolk struggle to type...............it can't be easy with 5 fingers and a thumb on each hand, never mind the webbing!
Leicester will show us up, look at their form in 2011, went from bottm to like 8/9th. Falkirk are heavyweights so I guess im wrong. Boro will do well this season, just u watch
Somma Boro spent millions last year and we spent very little, remind me where did they finish, every other champ team are selling their best players, at the mo we haven't, therefore there squads will be weaker, we can only improve
Well - I finished 3rd amongst Leeds fans in Penshawdave's Championship Points Challenge, so I feel confident about being realistic where Leeds are concerned. Money doesn't guarantee success in gaining promotion - but it sure as hell helps the odds of doing so. If we don't sort out our defence, we will land up in mid table obscurity. Can be said all people like, but the Championship is a stronger division this year.
