A massive chunk of our already understaffed NHS are Muslim. We already struggle to train enough people. The NHS would die.
Like it or not the fact is religion and immigration are now a vital and intricate cogs in the working of this country. We are a multicultural nation and have been long enough that it runs right through the nations gene pool.
I work for the nhs and can confirm this. The main hospital in Southampton would simply stop functioning over night.
Excellent hospital. When I broke my arm playing football all those years ago when I was a care free student they were very good. Even back then though, they were understaffed and this would have been 2008!
Not in Sunderland hospital it isn't pal. We should start training more of our own and haven't we lost loads of young doctors, nurses and so on to Canada, Australia and New Zealand?
It's worse now , I undergo fairly regular treatment there and my Niece is being treated for Leukaemia . The NHS staff are ALL Heroes / Heroines . Anyone who thinks they work hard , need to take a look at these ladies & Gents . They do NOT stop .
I take your point , but IMHO the reason they leave is Pay & Conditions . If we train more of our own , that will just mean IMHO , that more will leave .
No, I've heard that most foreign nurses in Sunderland are Philippinoes now. So when the Philippino Islamists cut another tourist's head off are you gonna shout for these nurses to be kicked out as well?
I agree, that's one of the main reasons they leave because they don't get paid enough. They deserve good pay with the work there have to do. One thing I would do is stop foreign aid and with the money help the nhs out. ****ibg simple really.
Dont care what happens in the Philippines. They are philippinoes in Sunderland pal. My old man was in hospital the other week. Friendly and did a great job.
That the general yeah? Changed **** loads in last 8 years, still criminally understaffed across the board though. I work there in a non clinical role but the front line nurses/doctors are brilliant tbh.
That was a few months before I started and was a bit gutted not gonna lie, I understand why but Subway is hardly a bastion of health Of course you could go to M&S cafe and spend about a grand* on a bacon roll. *may be exaggerating slightly.
Do you know what , I have not even spotted the Subway , **** that **** . M&S is OK , but I am only a 20 minute walk from my parents , so I can have all the fresh fruit I like for Breakfast , or a fry up
Don't insult my intelligence and tell what I can't do I'm not going to answer it because you're clearly too narrow minded to be able to appreciate who does and don't contribute to our society so I don't feel like I can engage in a proper discussion with you.
All the best to your niece mate. I can't imagine what she and your family are going through. They are all heroes. The work they do and the workloads they have are scary.
Yup. I can imagine it has changed and not for the better. They deserve better conditions for what they do.
