I liked seeing reformed teams come back from the dead, Newport and Wimbledon did it, Wimbledon with the added inventive of overtaking Milton Keynes. Burton recently partly because they have a link to my name and Nigel Clough has done so well on a limited budget.
If I have a second team it's Carlisle United, but only because of a game at Boothferry Park when we beat them 1-0 with an Ian Goodison goal which we didn't see from the South stand because of the torrential rain. I don't think I've ever seen rain like it and the North stand was uncovered. Carlisle had brought a big number and they danced and sang throughout the ninety minutes. So my second team is because of those excellent fans of theirs.
Barton the ****er, struggling against Lincoln, he has to resort to standing on the opponents foot, and then diving to the floor himself.
The fat guy with the comb over marking Barton. I don't think he'll be involved much now. He's at centre mid, and has just dropped from slow jog down to shuffle speed.
Oh him, he'll probably score and get done for taking his shirt off to play spot the pot. Or for decking Joey as part of his celebrations
Burnley lose. Nerve racking end, I looked at the cash out when Burnley had a few corners, and it was very tempting, but I stuck with backing Lincoln.
