And here's another one! Hopefully Jose doesn't revert back to his league team and drop Rooney, Mkhi and Shaw. I'd as soon he doesn't drop Carrick either but assume he will to bring Pogba back in. I'm inclined to agree with Swarbs here, play Rooney at centre forward and give Zlat a 'rest'. My team; de Gea Tony Valencia Phil Jones Marcos Rojo Luke Shaw Ander Herrera Paul Pogba/Carrick Juan Mata Tony Marshall Wayne Rooney Henrik Mkhitaryan Subs would be; Romero, Blind, Schweinsteiger, Pogba or Carrick, Zlatan, Lingard Rashford, Fosu Mensah, Darmian. Perhaps even Schneiderlin. Again, that team would dick Everton, bar the inevitable slip up at centre half at some point. The interesting fact is that the above is actually unlikely to be the actual team and I fully expect, with a heavy heart, Darmian, Fellaini and Lingard to feature in the first team.
He got booked last night, for dissent I think. With you having a Europey game next Thurs and Spuds on the Sunday, I reckon he might rest Zlatan.
Possibly but what we need right now is some consistency. Rooney being suspended means Mata should come in to replace him. The only other possible/probable change is Pogba for Carrick, or at least should be. **** know's what Mourinho will actually do though!
I hope not, as the grock is bound to notch against our back line, who are ****e in the air. The Grock, Pogba and Zlatan from set plays isn't something I'm looking forward to witnessing.. *logs on to Stubhub to sell tickets*
At least we are not playing at home this time. We seem to perform better from OT these days. Hopefully we can get the much needed 3 points.
Manchester United have scored 3 or more goals, seven times this season. In six of those seven, Carrick started
Can't stand this ref, Andy Oliver (is that his name?). Not that he's anti-United in particular, but definitely stuck up his own arse.
I don't give a 5hite actually, I just want the hours to race past so I can watch Liverpool screw up on MOTD2
Can't help thinking Mourinho's ****ed up again with the line up. No Rooney can't be helped, but Pogba at AM is not working atm.
That is overly critical, Treble. I think the lineup is very balanced, apart from the fact that Mata is not in.
Exactly!! Mata has to play. I think it had to be Carrick and Pogba/Herrera in CM with Mata in front as the AM. It makes all the difference in our link up play up front.
Mkhitaryan's inclusion probably offsets Mata. But yeah, I'd rather have Mata start. But Mkhi needs a chance.
