Their fans must be wondering after all those years of being run on a virtual shoestring.

Guess you mean Lukaku but yeah I have heard rumours to that effect as well. Thing is - what happens if he fails his medical or the deal falls through? They've done what Spurs did with Bale only they haven't got the money yet!!

It's mad to think that for the price of a Lukaku or two you can buy an entire football club.

Especially if you think that you could combine the money that Chelsea and United pissed away on rebuying Pogba and Lukaku and you'd have enough to buy Sunderland and fill out the squad.

If Costa leaves Chelsea which is looking likely, they're probs going to get Lukaku back in so can be offset against that.

I like Everton as a team, no idea why to be honest.

New owners didn't they, weren't in in time for last season?

They were always gonna spend and they've done it well I'd say, good signings.

Sadly for them Lukaku is irreplaceable for their size of club and they'll still finish 7th, regardless.

They need a new stadium to grow, Spurs are a prime example they are peaking but that new stadium, what level they can get to when opened is pretty much unlimited.
