... just loved the Icelandic spirit ... kept going right to the end irrespective of the score ... can go home with heads held high. France were very good ... compare speed of build-up and incisive passing to the painful constipated tedium of the England midfield ... thankfully we avoided complete humiliation against the French ... and as a bonus got rid of the muppet who went into the competition with no fookin idea of his best team or any real tactical plan ...

 

He slated Wales before they played Belgium, then after they won started waxing lyrical about them going on to beat Portugal. Watch that bellend Mystic StandMan flip flop once again and start slating Bale and Wales

 

... didn't really happen for Wales tonight unfortunately... but they can go home with heads held high and their supporters were fantastic... loved the rendition of the anthem when they knew it was over ... phenomenal...

Serbia and Austria the hardest games, although Ireland won't be easy.

Nothing to fear in there, although sometimes it's as well having one runaway winner and go for second.

 

We have to make sure now that there are lads coming through all the time, I'm still concerned that the likes of Cardiff and Swansea are too quick to drop lads from their Academies we need a string of talent coming through all the time.

 

Oh yeah, a supply needs to come through. One of the things about last night is that there's a very good fist team there but the subs are not game changers.
The ones coming off the bench were just not going to make a difference.

Still, with success comes more success and by the time the next Euro groups come along Wales will be in the 1st or, more likely, 2nd seed pot and so get easier draws.

Already making plans for Euro 2020. Take the motorhome over to Ireland (or Brussels maybe) with my lads to catch a couple of games. Wales will probably end up in Bacu though!
