    You can tell why the owners of bristol city are loaded..they never spend anything...prudent..big wow....that gets the pulse racing....im sure in the middle of february when your 14th...and the season is dead...that will give your fans great comfort....

    Spending big means nothing, ask the likes of Wolves and Man City a few years ago. Leicester City are just like every other modern wannabee club with a few quid that suddenly think they have a divine right to click their fingers and get any player they want and think they belong in the top 6 of the Prem. Well hard cheese bucko !

    West Ham,Southampton amd Nottingham Forest have all made and had bids turned down for Maynard,there could be repeat and higher offers as the cut off point approaches..

    The bristol chairman should get the ken bates cocksman of the year award, for his ability to stick it to the bristol fans and get away with it scott free...plenty of leeds type grumbling and even fans justifying their lack of investment...they obviously like it up the back passage.....<laugh>

    Personnally i want maynard out!

    It takes more than one player to be succesful

    With the money from maynard we could sign the next and sort the back out nicky maynard, We also have pitman on the bench who is not as great all round but is less injury prone and over a season I bet would out score maynard.
