Dominic Blizzard quits Bristol Rovers

Bristol Rovers midfielder Dominic Blizzard has left the club after player and club agreed to terminate his contract with immediate effect.

The decision to let Blizzard leave by mutual consent comes after a difficult stint at the Memorial Stadium in which he has struggled to command first-team football.

The ex-Watford man spent time on loan at Stockport County and MK Dons before making a permanent move to County. He joined Rovers from there in the summer 2009 transfer window.

Blizzard never became a regular during his time at Rovers, making just 46 games in all competitions over his two-year spell.

Does anybody know how much DB weekly wage was - I just wondered how much it had actually cost us over the last couple of years? ..... and how much we are going to save or dread the thought actually see a footballer who can play for such wonga!
