Tonight is pork chops cooked in tomatoes , red wine n garlic with bashed baked potatoes with butter , cheese and spring onions and a side of tender stem broccoli n mange tout.
It was a red/pink colour but the lemon has ceveiched the meat and broken down the enzymes. It will look better after going on the BBQ.
