    Weird how someone choosing to wear a piece of clothing causes so much consternation. Frankly, however someone defines themselves is up to them - not sure why anyone else should worry about it as it really none of anyone else's business.

    Seems like the school is doing an eminently reasonable thing - essentially saying whatever a child feels comfortable wearing is fine so long as it is the official uniform. It's a very mature and kind stance to children who may be experiencing a very confusing time in their lives.

    If they want to wear a skirt, so what... are the people criticising it really that bothered? And if so, why does it bother you so much? It's just a skirt...
