    Mr Pedantic here you shouldn't be using the space saver to drive so far, usually only up to a maximum of 50 miles to get to a repair facility, my mate in Darlington blew a tyre and put the space saver on, he couldn't be arsed getting the tyre replaced straight away and ended up losing control on a bend, he wrote the car off, had two days in hospital, the insurance refused to pay out and he got done for Driving Without Due Care and Attention, 6 points but wouldn't tell me how much the fine was.
