    What's you favourite?
I'm having lamb tikka massala tonight.
Got some lamb vindaloo in the freezer.
That will do for Friday night.

tikka massala is my favorite. I like both delicate mild creamy curries and minimum moisture hotter curries. I have a limit on heat levels though, Not that I can't handle them, tend to eat some bastard hot Mexican dishes, I just find with Indian food too much chili drowns out a lot of the subtle spices on my pallet. Tend not to go hotter than a Jalfrezi or other medium hot.

Same here, tikka masala takes some beating and while I'm not a full on curry puff if I want to avoid dripping with sweat in a restaurant I avoid the hottest curries.

I'll put up with the sweating for Mexican. But never found a hot curry dish worth the sweating for. Mexican and tex mex is my favorite cuisine though. I'll sentence myself to a day on the bog for it <laugh>

Don't do hot curries either. Don't see the point. Takes away taste and I pay for it at some point the following day. Just had a jacket potato for tea so cheers for this thread. Hungry again.

The best curries are all onion based.

Rarely get 2 the same. The chef makes them up as she goes along.

I haven't had a curry for 18 months, since I took ill immediately after having been to an Indian restaurant. It had nowt to do with the food, more the winter vomiting bug that was passed onto me by one of our party.

I remember sitting on the bog when I got home and the words from the menu kept flashing before me....Madras, fairly hot <six hours of bowking and ****ting>

It was almost a pleasure, in a macabre way, to experience something so violent that went through me in just six hours. The stomach pains beforehand were 'incredible'.

I'm an absolute curry nut, and my favourite at the moment is tikka (chicken or lamb) lanka piasa..which is a dry and quite hot and spicy curry..

How them Indian & Pakistani folk dinnet get serious heartburn is beyond me like.
I once shagged a half Indian lass, she was from Nottingham.
Her dad was Indian & her mam was English.
I met her in Newcastle & she was sucking my cock in the Dog & Parrot pub, lol. Right there in front of everyone.
Cracking **** but she did smell of curry.
