Conte really is making a big difference, Jose is not.

my post wasnt directly aimed at you diego, although the point you raised that all these managers have bought players insinuated that jose is at least partly culpible for the rot that has sunk in at utd, which as far as i'm concerned isn't true. He has a europa league squad and as such is getting europa league results.

True. But we are happy with him and enjoying our season.

    How is yours going?

Alex set them up well for disaster in every possible way.

However - their squad now isn't too bad. LvG for all his faults got them some decent players.

Agree 100% about De Gea. he single handedly kept them in top 10 last 3 or 4 years.
He single handedly is keeping them out of top 4 now.
He is worse than average this season. Had he been at decent level - Manu will have had 6+ points already.

Partly Jose is holding the team back without playing Michael, Morgan, Bastian & Andre instead playing Marouane consistenlty.
This reminds me of Jose's vanity project in his first year (Second time) with us - when he played Lamps + Mikel constantly to give opposition great advantage. Atleast we didn't have decent back up.
But atleast Utd have decent backups now in the mid field.
