I used to live near Reading so I have a lot of time for your club. Your club is a perfect example of how a club should be run, I also love the continuity you've had with your manager too.

John Madejski is a legend too!

Best of luck next season (apart from when you play us of course...)

    Well done Reading!!!

Thanks! above all thanks to Brian McDermott, few believed he had this in him when he was a scout, then reserve team manager, and now 9th, 5th, and (1st?) finishes as first team manager in three seasons makes his level just spiral ...

Thanks Canary. I don't live so far from Norwich so I might even make a game next season. Can't wait for next season.

Yet another Canary congratulating you. Well done.
I too used to live near Reading and spent quite a few hours at the old Elm Park, in the Tilehurst road end, in the days of Dixon and Senior.
Many pints supped in the Spread Eagle and the Albion. Happy days.
Good luck next season apart from the obvious <cheers>

Saints fan in total peace and on tiptoe. So glad you made it, as Spenser Davis said, a credit to grass roots football are you lot. Hope we play you next season, but I won't be devastated if we don't, as the EPL has become a jungle where only money can let you survive. If any of you know John Yellen of Newbury who hasn't been able to get to your home games recently due to illness, please give him my regards and congrats!

Terry, I think Norwich and Swansea have shown this season that it can be done without an Arab/Russian upstairs. Long term who knows but Reading, Saints and a 3rd shouldn't go up thinking it's spend millions or fail.

Thanks all! Roll on the weekend. The Palace game will be one big Party. Don't think I'll be going home Saturday night. Good job Sunday League has finished for the season!
