Not impressed. Can't get what he wants. Forces a move. Hardly an inspiring cv.

Looks good but would be better if he could play wing!

Bit of a gamble after his injury.

With Pelts, Richards and Connolly, do we need another right back?

If considered a striker, I would prefer a recognised one.

Bit of a strange move really.

Poor season for him but he has been one of our better players in the past and has a great track record in being part of sides promoted from the Championship. Four times I think?

Talk on Twitter he's agreed terms, I hope it's not more than £200 a week. <steam>

I highly doubt it, I'm sure if he does return, Old Joe will have to take a wage cut as we just cannot afford high wages, especially for a 30 year old (as much as I love Ledley).

“I’ve watched him this season in particular and you get hunches about players, as a manager,” added Warnock. “I just feel that he can contribute a lot to us next season.

“I think he’ll be a very good squad player and it’s up to him to get into the first-team and make the position his own. He’s only a young lad still, but he’s got explosive pace and a lot to prove and I think it’s the right place for him. I think the fans will enjoy watching him.”

I think Warnocks just trying to get some strength in depth. Cheap, young, hungry players who are ready to battle for a place in the starting line up.Don't know much about the two lads but in Warnock I trust.

Is Mendez -Laing a replacement for Harris? Raw with pace! Or is there room for both in the squad?

Would be nice to see some quality join, but also good to see some early dealing.

Also I think I'd prefer so hungry youngster than a lower premier league player past their prime.

On the BBC today - Noone Pilks and Declan John all to leave this summer. Some decent players but agree that it 'tis time for them to move on <ok>

No surprises there. It has been suggested Whitts to the Wurzels but not seen anything yet.

What about the other dead wood?
