Just as a side note about Tammy Abraham who was mentioned previously, was said during the match with Germany last night, Chelsea refused Newcastles request for a loan based on the amount of night life that would have been available to him. Did they turn us down due to the lack of....
it was mentioned of talksport that he turned newcastle down because he didnt trust himself with the nightlife
i actually ment him turning up on firstday of pre-season and having enough players for a 5's game and thinking **** this im off
He's not going to walk away from his first shot at English football.....its the only reason he's spent his time living in the UK for the past 6 months and learning the language, he won't be walking away from anything
That's it though....not everyone does, outside our little bubble nobody really knows or cares, he'll just be seen as the guy who walked away when it didn't go his way, owners wouldn't see him as a secure appointment, He won't walk away imo
Outside our little bubble There are very few people in the football world, including fans, who don't know our owner's a nut job.
Just on gut feeling, I think he'll bomb next season at Swansea at what looks like it'll be an expensive loan too. Hope I'm wrong as he's a young, English goal scorer - just what the country needs. But from what I've seen, I just get the feeling he's not got it - flash in the pan.
Reminds me a lot of Abel. Only really scores from within 12 yards. He's faster than Abel, but has a similar style of play. So his 20+ goals in the championship by this logic should equate to 5 or 6 Prem goals.
