Bit of speculation....are City interested in a QPR midfielder and are they trying to beat Forest to Billy Sharp? #hcafc

    An interesting tweet?

Would love to see Billy Sharp here, albeit rather late. Should have been here in January.

I can't see the Sharp one happening. A Midlands reporter for the Telegraph seems to think Forest will get there.
As for the QPR midfielder; why do I get the feeling it's Kieron Dyer?

Knowing Burnsy it's probably Buzsaky and he's not realised he left over a month ago.

Much rather have Burnsy speculating on players coming in instead of trying to tout a move away for Chester.

But for a serious suggestion. Derry, Bruce likes to have a dirty twat in the midfield, like Cattermole.

Unfortunately, I'd be too busy wanting to punch him in the face to enjoy watching him play for us :/

That doesn't sound too promising from Burnsy. He even admits that it's speculation and presents it as a question rather than any information he has.

Not really a surprise - wasn't O'Driscoll his manager at Donny?

Yep, he's just got Coppinger now too. Basically signed the 2 best players from his old Donny team.

Well we're going to be waiting a week now for the emergency loan window to open.

QPR will be looking to offload a few players on loan. DJ Campbell, and a few midfielders could be options.

Also, Tottenham are apparently prepared to let Huddlestone go out on loan.

The loan window isn't open yet, when it does it's for about 2 1/2 months and the rumours will be few and far between because we know we want Meyler, and after that we've only got 2 loan spots in the matchday squad (Amos, Elmo, and Meyler plus 2 to make the five we're allowed). Seperate threads will do the job just fine between now and January because there's more appropriate things to be stickied (ie the two prediction competitions, the history thread, and the rules thread)
